A randomly selected sample of 30 pieces shall withstand the following impact test without fracture or spalling. Testing shall be performed on the same set of samples used for the quench test, both before and after the quench test. The samples shall be dropped(free fall), one at a time, onto a steel plate from a height of 6 meters.
